Summer Winds A-403 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, Fourth Floor, Direct Oceanfront Condo. Linens: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double Bed, 2 Twin Beds. Additional Conveniences: 1 Intelligent TV with Cable, Community Wireless Internet; Washer/Dryer; Entirely Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge with attached ice maker; Covered Balcony with Furnishings. Complex has Elevators, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tubs, Tennis, Racquetball, Game Room/Snack Bar, Gym, Sauna, Grille Facilities (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Located in Indian Beach, this condo is by the ocean. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking your vacation home in Fall or Spring is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• In the Morehead City area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.

• On check-out day, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
