213 West Sound of the Sea - Summer Breeze is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo that features astounding surrounding vistas. Savor the handsome vistas from the Living Area with access to the covered deck with deck furnishings.

The Living Area has a TV. The Kitchen/Bar Area is completely equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator, and blender for your convenience.

The Bedroom has a Queen Bed and TV.

Sound of the Sea is an oceanfront condominium complex within walking distance to everything! Two outdoor swimming pools (closed off-season), clubhouse & tennis courts. Walk to the beach, eateries, shopping and more. Gated community. Elevators from ground level. Sorry, no family pets. Wireless Internet Access Included!

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Woods Park.   • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was great, they always love to hear your praise.
