Come stay at our historic New Bern farmhouse, constructed in 1870, on our family farm. The home is only five miles from Tryon Palace and at the end of a tree-lined drive. The farmhouse has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, an office space and a two-car garage. There is a pond in the front yard and a private garden in the backyard. • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in New Bern. Booking in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
• In the Morehead City area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early.
