The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms including the king master with high ceilings and extraordinary vistas. The second floor has one bedroom and the rest is living space. The family room is open to the kitchen and a huge eating area with great sound vistas and a deck right off this space. The home will effortlessly handle 12 people. This is a incredible luxury with elevated viewing area and plenty of shade for when it gets too hot in the sun. There is a half mile elevated wooden boardwalk which leads to the covered gazebo on our private island in the sound. This is great for picnics and fishing and watching the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Many guests commented that the host was effortlessly accessible, accommodating and amazing!
