One Four Our Three can be the one for your family too! This Oceanfront Home offers 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Baths. Savor the comfortable living area with Atlantic Ocean vistas as well as a Intelligent TV with access to your favorite streaming apps. Prepare a family meal with the Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Stove/Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher. Have family meal time at the dining area. Step outside and savor the sun and sea from the oceanfront deck with furnishings or use the private beach access to step onto the sandy shore.

Bedroom #1 offers a King bed, Bedroom #2 offers a Queen bed, while Bedroom #3 provides 2 Twin Bunk Sets.

UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No Fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
