Perched on the 4th floor of Building A, Summer Winds A-404 offers a relaxing and well-appointed escape with sound vistas from the entry and one of the four comfortably furnished bedrooms. This roomy 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath condominium is a favorite among our team—offering not just a welcoming place to relax, but also access to some of the very best amenities on the island.

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is the ideal gathering space after a day in the sun, with a completely supplied kitchen, Intelligent TVs for streaming your favorites, and wireless internet access throughout. Bedrooms are furnished with King, Queen, and Twin beds and dressed in fresh linens through our Spinnaker's Fresh Bed Promise which are made before arrival.

Step outside to appreciate a private balcony—an ideal spot to catch the coastal breeze with your morning coffee or wind down in the evening with a peek at the sound.
