Ground-level cavernous conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a amazing beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the spectacular vistas of the ocean from your private balcony!

Total linens includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.

Additional Conveniences include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furnishings, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

Linens and towels are supplied for weekly stays only.
