Ground-level roomy conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a magnificent beach hideaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-303 is a third-floor, oceanfront, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Take in the striking vistas of the ocean from your private balcony!

Total linens includes a bedroom with a King bed and deck access and private bath and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed and a shared bath.

Additional Conveniences include: High-speed wireless internet, 3 Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, Covered Deck with furnishings, outdoor deck, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and blender.

Linens and towels are supplied for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum (Off season and last min. only).
