This roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 6 with a king-sized bed in each bedroom and a sleeper couch. It includes a full-sized kitchen complete with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. We include all of the cookware and dishes needed to craft a 5-course feast! Convenience is the name of the game at Wyndham Fairfield Harbour and we try to make your life as painless as possible by including all linens, soaps, coffee, laundry detergent, and more! We offer a private resort feel with hotel-like customer service. Our 24/7 staff is always available to help.

At time of booking, please provide the name of just 1 adult who will be present at check in. It is important to note that the guest whose name is on the reservation, must be the one checking in, and must be at least 21 years old at time of check in. This person can only have 1 reservation in their name. This is who the resort will give the keys to. Please be sure of the name you provide for checking in, as if this has to be changed, Wyndham charges $99 for a new guest certificate. Please also note that all condos do not have a fireplace, and are assigned at random by the resort unless you have a specific request. We really savor you booking your vacation with us and will assist in any way to assure you have a great vacation!

Please note that while we offer multiple units in our condo listings, vistas (such as ocean or golf course vistas) are not guaranteed for every unit, particularly during peak dates.

Finding your perfect rental:

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your vacation home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Morehead City area. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Morehead City attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Often, management companies supply Morehead City area visitor guides which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Morehead City area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

  • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly available on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the property manager before you book the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what bed configuration is best for your family.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs may be applied to your contract.
  • Is your group looking for unique amenities? Most websites include search filters with amenity lists. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Remember to confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental

During your stay:

  • Put the host's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief text message can prevent quite a few difficulties.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are out, just like you would at home.
  • To make sure no damages are linked to your stay, note any problem areas upon check in. Get in touch with the host right away to record any damages. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant vacationers bothering your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
