And with a location only 2.5 miles south of the Atlantic Beach Causeway and 3 miles north of the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, your brood will find plenty of activities, eateries, and stores to choose from! A short drive takes you to the impressive towns of Swansboro, Morehead City, Beaufort, and Fort Macon State Park - all steeped in local maritime history.

The Living Area with Intelligent TV gives you access to streaming apps to appreciate a movie nighttime or afternoon show. The Entirely Equipped Kitchen provides a Coffee Maker, Fridge with attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stove/Oven, Toaster Oven, and Blender to effortlessly prep and savor your oceanside fare and beachside beverages. The Exterior Laundry Room offers Washer/Dryer for your convenience!

Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed and TV as well as Bedroom #2 with 2 Double beds and each offer the opportunity for restful naps after a day on the beach. Take advantage of the Open Deck and Ground Level Patio with furnishings to enjoy the oceanside breeze. Even prepare your meals outside on the Charcoal Grille and dine at the Picnic Table!

Bringing your canine companions? After taking your leashed dogs to the beach, bring them back for a bath in the convenient Enclosed Outside Shower with Hot and Cold Water. This property is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs with the All Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

• In the Morehead City area, The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Morehead City area. To get the best vacation home within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Morehead City restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
