Cozy rockers on the main deck to savor your morning coffee or the gorgeous evening sunset. Well-appointed kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and other modest appliances. New enormous capacity washer and dryer. Three flat screen TVs, wireless high-speed Internet, DVD player. Central Air/Heat, and ceiling fans throughout. Unit is just steps from the elevator access. Building has walkway for simple beach access with outdoor shower area and Gazebo with sitting area. Unit has iron, ironing board, drying rack and suitcases shelf in BR closets. 2 parking spots allowed.
