Renovations include new bamboo floor, ceiling fans throughout, refreshed furnishings and new beds. Kitchen is entirely equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a crock pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffeepot and blender. 65” Intelligent TV in the living room and a Intelligent TV in each bedroom. Hulu + Live TV streaming is supplied, as well as WIFI. Open and covered oceanfront deck with rocking chairs and polywood lounge chairs. Unique two-level, elevated dune deck that provides expansive vistas of the ocean. Cold outside shower, washer/dryer in ground level utility room, gas grille and picnic table.
