If you are looking for a bright and encouraging beach getaway, look no further. Peace and the sound of the ocean is beaconing you to this adorable tiny home. This tiny home is ideal for 2 guests. Prime location in Emerald isle, which is within walking distance to the beach as well as shopping and great eateries. You are less than a 5 min. walk to the beach. Be blessed and encouraged in this space and appreciate the impressive Eastern NC coast.
The space
Savor an outdoor patio table, picnic table, screened in porch, a back yard for lawn games, as well as an outdoor shower.
There is a duplex in the front of the property. There is a shared screened porch with games, beach chairs available, an outdoor shower, and picnic table. Private beach parking is available upon request and availability. The home is equipped with intelligent locks, and intelligent TVs. Bath towel, wash cloth, and hand towel supplied for each guest.
Family Animals are allowed with $100 pet fee. Please communicate the addition of a pet when booking.
Guest access
You have access to a driveway that can accommodate two cars along the street. Parking on the street is prohibited and you can be ticketed. Parking on the grass is prohibited due to the septic system.
Other things to note
There is no cable T.V., only intelligent TVs.
There is no laundry. One bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth will be included.

Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
