A remarkable third floor grandiose primary suite features a king sleigh bed, sitting area with 75” flat screen TV, gas fireplace, roomy primary bath with huge walk-in shower and soaking tub plus a private sunroom and balcony for gorgeous sunset vistas. Private Guest Bedroom Suites, each with their own ensuite bathroom, also include sizable flat screen TV and pillow-top beds – with the ground floor bedroom featuring an outdoor hot/cold shower. All beds made with 5 pillows and No Worries white linens (including comforter), Sand Castle Club bath linens, fluffy bathmats, bathrobes and beach towels. A sizable 40’ screened-in porch just off the pool includes outdoor conversation/reading area, drink area with refrigerator, and just inside is the game room with pool table, wet bar, large 70” flat screen TV, wine cooler and stereo wired to both indoor/outdoor speakers. When to book & When to go:

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
