Bogue Sound is a tidal body of water. At low tide there is less than a few feet of water at the end of the dock. Guests must bring their own dock lines and bumpers. Due to the tidal nature of the sound, we cannot guarantee there is enough water to accommodate your boat.

We follow our cancellation procedures and do not issue refunds outside of policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance. You will receive information on how to purchase travel insurance after booking.

A valid photo ID and signed vacation rental agreement is required to complete booking.

About the Area

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Sticking to your budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Morehead City area. Booking your Morehead City vacation home in the Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes. • On check-out day, take a walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
