Summer Winds B-236 is a exceptional 2nd floor 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Stunning Atlantic Ocean vistas are complimentary and can be seen from the living area and deck spaces! Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Private Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds and access to the Shared Full Bath.

Well-equipped kitchen with Stove/Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher.

Linens and Towels supplied with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
