Summer Winds A-207 is a 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo. Living area is gorgeously welcoming with a oceanside style and access to the balcony with Atlantic Ocean vistas.Dining area. Kitchen/Bar Area with Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private en-suite full bath.

Bedroom #2 has a King bed, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Bedroom #3 has 2 sets of Twin bunkbeds, TV, and access to the shared full bath.

Conveniences Include: 4 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet, Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave & Dishwasher. Covered balcony with furnishings.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Morehead City restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • In the Morehead City area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
