Entirely-equipped kitchen; Fridge; Microwave; Dishwasher; Convenient breakfast bar or dining room configuration; Cavernous living and dining room layout; Washer and dryer; Covered balcony with furnishings; Central air & heat. 2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD Players, DVD Library, Book Library, Oven, Coffee Maker & Ice Cream Maker.

Bedroom #1 (Master Bedroom) has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Double beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
