Oceanside Villas 56 is a appealing end-unit townhome located on the sound side, within walking distance to the beach. This comfortable home features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing ample space for relaxation. The refreshed kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, flowing into an open living area ideal for gatherings. Appreciate the private balcony off the primary bedroom, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The community pool offers additional leisure options, making this an ideal spot for a serene hideaway.

1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin Beds, and Sleeper Couch

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non returnable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog max..
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
Vacation Rental By Owner guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

  • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Morehead City restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.

  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
