You'll be just mins. away from shopping and eateries, yet still feel like you're away from it all. Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball goals, a picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for painless beach access. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with a wall mounted 40" Flat Screen TV, a Full Bath and a covered deck. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds with a wall mounted Flat Screen TV. (bedrooms #2 and #3 share a bath) Central Heat & Air. Roku online TV streaming device, Washer and Dryer. 3 Flat Screen TVs. Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
