Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises. The F Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room.. It¡s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

F-208 Pebble Beach is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Condo on two levels.

DOWNSTAIRS: The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch, Cathedral Ceiling and faces the indoor/outdoor pool. Balcony with furnishings is just off the living area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin Bed. Full Bath.

UPSTAIRS: Spiral Stairs lead to the Loft Bedroom which has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.

2 DVD players, Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Ceiling Fans. Beach Chairs.

No Smoking. No Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly Saturday-Saturday.

Linens and Towels are supplied. (weekly stays only)

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best properties are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To get the best value, consider changing your family's Morehead City vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.   • Go through the property one final time and look for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on good ratings to stimulate new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
