The cavernous bedroom offers a peaceful getaway featuring ample light. The two full bathrooms provide ultimate convenience and privacy, or simply to savor the added luxury of additional space.
There is plenty of parking, which is an added additional for downtown Beaufort!
With its prime location near the water, and private dock access, this condo is ideal, whether you’re looking for a weekend hideaway or week stay, this home offers the best waterfront living.


WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to inspire future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other families will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
