Kick back and relax in this calm, chic beach bungalow. Sit on the back patio or on the private dock and appreciate the beautiful vistas and serenity of the canal. Guests also have convenient access to the beach- just a short walk away.
A grille and fire pit are supplied, as well as, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Guests also have the ability to rent the sister property (Coastal A) at the same time as Coastal B and be given access to the connecting door- so you can have the whole family stay.
The space
Coastal Soul B is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex and a ideal place to spend a week or weekend away. This unit has handsome vistas of the sound and offers convenient access to the beach. Sit on the back patio or on the private dock and savor the serenity.
A grille and fire pit are supplied, as well as, an outdoor shower with hot/cold water.
Private dock (shared with Coastal A) is for fishing and sitting only. NO boat docking at this time.
Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the duplex, a private patio and outdoor shower. Parking is in front of the unit on a paved area.
The dock is shared between both rental units.

About the Area

Atlantic Beach is home to this vacation home. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Anchorage Marina and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

• Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• Hosts sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers typically offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
