Unwind in the cavernous living room furnished for comfort and entertainment. Appreciate gourmet meals in the adjacent dining area with expansive beach vistas. Three comfortable bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private balcony and en suite bath, offer ideal spaces for relaxation.

Outside, savor salty breezes and expansive beach vistas from your private balcony, or relax at the community pool and grille area. With direct ocean access, indulge in beach activities like sandcastle-building and water sports such as surfing and kayaking.

Whether appreciating leisurely walks along the shore or hosting Bar-B-Que gatherings, Beachwalk 205 promises memorable beachfront living against a backdrop of striking sunsets.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. With fishing and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

When to visit Pine Knoll Shores & When to book:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Reserve your vacation in Fall or Spring to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback and help them have the best future vacation.
