The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for painless access to the entire home. The Sizable “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is entirely supplied with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a enormous Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.

Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and complimentary-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Vistas. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Vistas of the Sound.

Level Two: Roomy Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Vistas. The Giant Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Vistas from east to west.
