Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ¡¡The Point¡¡. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. Elevators in D Building! D-208 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Second Floor Oceanview Condo. Living Area has a 55" flat-panel TV with basic cable. A covered deck with deck furnishings.

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation!
