DESCRIPTION:
The oceanfront vistas from the main living area as well as the primary guest suites are sure to help you settle into your new home away from home.

The ground level of the home is the usual entrance and you are welcomed into a entryway with fast access to the elevator, stairwell, laundry room, and one guest room and common area. The guest room accommodates a Queen bed with direct access to the outdoor patio area. The shared bath links the two sleeping spaces together and offers a shower complete with grab bars and a shower seat if needed. The common area can either provide hours of fun for a quick competition on the pool table or a good nighttime’s rest in the 2 twin over double bunk beds included.

The main living area is on the second floor which includes a roomy family room, dining area, kitchen, and a full wall of generously sized windows complete with outstanding natural light and oceanviews. The enormous kitchen is equipped with freshly refreshed appliances, granite countertops, as well as all of the kitchen gadgets and cookware needed. Especially for those cooks in the family! The guest rooms on this level are both cavernous and offer front porch vistas. One guest room is furnished with a Queen bed and offers a private bath. The other guest room offers a King bed and semi private bathroom. The bathroom can either be closed off to the living space or left open for their use.

Head up the stairs or take the elevator to the top level and you are welcomed into a landing with fun and nautical decor. The oceanfront primary suites are both located here and furnished with King beds, private bathrooms, and private balconies. The additional guest room is comfortably furnished with a double and twin bed and they have access to a private bathroom.

All of the beds are made prior to arrival with newly laundered linens, including the comforters, and are supplied with a full week’s stay.
The location of this home is within the gorgeous, private and gated community of Dolphin’s Ridge.
