~1150 Sq Ft, two bedroom two bathroom beachside, the second-floor condo is a ideal place to appreciate time with family, and friends, or even a special occasion. Beach access is just across the parking lot, up a few steps, via a boardwalk that features oceanfront bench seating. This particular building is also located right next to trendy amenities like the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. It is a short driving distance to grocery stores, eateries, and entertainment.

Bed linens, with beds made upon arrival. A starter pack of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, trashbags) will get you through the first nighttime or two.

Parking: 2 cars. Onsite parking with parking passes is required. They are left in the property for each guest. First come, first serve.
