DESCRIPTION:
Heels in the Sand is an immaculate oceanfront home that has accommodations similar to a 5-star hotel!
As you enter on the 2nd level you are welcome to ocean vistas and a cavernous living room that is well equipped with an refreshed TV for those rainy days. The blue-gray hues really add to the overall calm feeling. Just to the left is the open kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats eight at the table and barstools for four. The kitchen is expertly outfitted for a vacation rental. All of the modest appliances, gadgets, and serving silverware you may need for a week of entertaining at the beach are either within the cabinets or kept in the pantry just off the kitchen.
Also on the 2nd level are 2 guest rooms. One guest room offers a Queen bed with a connecting bathroom. The additional guest room offers a King bed and private bath.. As you move up to the 3rd level you will find two oceanfront and well-appointed King guest rooms with private baths; both with extravagant granite details and calming ocean vistas. The second living room space, decorated in a enchanting color scheme is across the hall and the ideal space to settle in for an evening to watch a slideshow of family memories or that favorite movie. If a snack is needed mid viewing event no need to worry- the mini kitchen set up will help with the popcorn popping.
The ground level is packed with sleeping space. The guest room to the right offers 2 Queen beds that share a full bath with the always fashionable bunk room which is furnished with 2- twin over double bunk beds. The laundry room is where you will find the full-sized washer, dryer, and second full-size refrigerator. The beach walkway, private pool (being installed Spring 2022) and hot tub are accessible from this level.
In addition to the private hot tub and pool, there is access to a community pool. Heels in the Sand is located within the private community of Spinnaker's Reach which offers a community pool and bathhouse for all guests staying within the neighborhood.
