Dining and kitchen have enough seating for 14+ people to dine at the same time. Off the kitchen is a sizable laundry area with an additional refrigerator, washer and dryer. The living area has plenty of seating to enjoy the exceptional vistas of the ocean with access to the broad deck that also includes ample seating and a 46" Intelligent TV. This level features the master bedroom #1 with King size bed, 32" flat screen TV and huge walk-in closet, and bedroom #2 with King size bed. Each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean.

Level Two: Savor ocean gorgeous vistas from the huge open loft/den area while calming, playing games or watching TV on the 26" Flat Screen TV. There are 4 roomy bedrooms on this level (3 Oceanfront bedrooms with sliding doors and open decks with furnishings - only 1 streetside bedroom has no oceanview. All upstairs bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and have shared baths. Bedrooms include 3 Queen Beds and 2 Twin Beds.
