LARGE COMPOSITE DECK! 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. 2 Queens, 4 Twins. Linens supplied with beds made. New floor and kitchen for 2022! Central air & heat, Enclosed hot & cold outside shower. Well-equipped kitchen includes refrigerator with water filter & ice maker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer & dryer, (below the home), Ceiling fans, High-speed wireless internet, 55" HD TV, 3 additional TVs, Roku and Hulu are supplied, 4 Blu-ray players, Sizable open living room with seating for 10. High chair, Pack 'N Play crib, Books, Beach chairs, Boogie boards and sand toys are available. Gas and charcoal grille. Great location on the island just outside downtown Emerald Isle and convenient to shopping, eateries, and the town playground. Vistas from one of the highest tons on the beach. The covered deck provides protection from the sun/rain and includes a picnic table for outdoor dining. A second picnic table, chairs and shower are located on a lower deck area reached by a private walkway. Weekly only from Saturday to Saturday. NO SMOKING, DOGS ACCEPTED (2 dog max.).

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
