Welcome to your coastal hideaway! This cavernous condo offers plenty of room to relax and relax with family and friends. Appreciate central air and heat, a completely equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, plus the convenience of a washer and dryer. The living area features 4 cable TVs, wireless high-speed internet, ceiling fans, and a wet bar—ideal for entertaining after a day at the beach.
Step outside onto the partially covered, furnished deck and take in the handsome ocean view—a amazing spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
The complex offers exceptional amenities, including private balconies with ocean vistas, 2 pools (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting), and tennis/pickleball courts. You’ll also appreciate an outdoor shower, grille and picnic area, and elevators in the A, D, and E buildings (please note: there are steps leading up to the elevator in the A building).
No boats, trailers, or family pets allowed. Parking limited to 2 cars per condo. Rents weekly, Sunday to Sunday. No smoking. No pets.
