Welcome to your handsome vacation home by the ocean!

You can lay in the bed on the third floor and see the ocean. You can appreciate the ocean by day and ocean breeze by nighttime and then walk to a close by restaurant.

The home is roughly 200 yards from the ocean! IF YOU HAVE STAYED WITH ME BEFORE, I WILL HONOR THE OLD PRICES..I have freshly gone up a LITTLE because of the Insurance and taxes.

Every bedroom has its own private deck with an ocean view. The master bedroom has a private hottub and the other hottub is between the two bedrooms on the third floor.

This home is very modern and clean, and I furnish all linens including bath towels. The only things you are asked to bring are your beach towels. There are beach chairs too! Walk in and the home is VACATION READY. There is ample parking for boats, boat trailers, and multiple cars. If you choose to use the neighborhood boat dock it is within three mins. driving from the home. Also, you can walk to the Sheraton pier in less than four mins.. This home is a great location, the only time you will need to get in your car is to go to the grocery (five mins. driving) and do some sightseeing.

Feel complimentary to call or write at any time for additional information.

Atlantic Beach is the oldest of five resort towns along the Bogue Banks on North Carolina's coast. Known as the Crystal Coast, it is a place that stays in your memory as a great vacation spot. Your family will appreciate the Crystal Coast, a unique 25-mile stretch of unspoiled beaches and unlimited recreation in Carteret County, North Carolina. From historic Beaufort and the fishing communities Down East to the state port of Morehead City and the excitement of Atlantic Beach and Bogue Banks, the Crystal Coast has something to offer every taste.

Charter fishing fleets whisk you to the Gulf Stream, or Cape Lookout for spectacular angling. Sailing, surfing, golf, tennis, bowling, live music, wild horse watching, great seafood eateries, and skating are just a few of the alternatives to sunbathing and shelling on shining sands. Hike nature trails in Croatan National Forest. Explore the fascinating world of marine life at the North Carolina Aquarium - Bogue Banks or the world of mariner and boat building at the North Carolina Maritime Museum. Relive Civil War history at Fort Macon State Park.

Atlantic Beach is seven miles from Emerald Isle, and one-half mile Pine Knoll Shores, Indian Beach.

Strategies to get the perfect vacation home experience:

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Often, management companies supply Morehead City area visitor guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Morehead City area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

How to pick the best rental in the Morehead City area:

  • Choose a designated group leader, select your vacation week, and select a maximum budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration you need. OCEAN VIEW - TWO JACUZZI'S - PET FRIENDLY -BOAT\/TRAILER PARKING has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally available on booking pages. If not, call the property owner before you book your rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds and bunks. You will need to work out what configuration is best for your vacation group.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Remember to ask the property manager before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Additional pet fees or costs may be applied to your agreement.
  • Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental search websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Make certain to inquire about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.

During your stay:

  • Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few concerns.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Note any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent resource to find the best local beaches and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
