Summer Winds is a premier year round resort on North Carolina's pristine Crystal Coast. It is a condo that located in condominium complex with three private beach accesses. Located in the cozy fishing village of Salter Path/Indian Beach. Summer Winds serves as both a primary or secondary home to many, as well as a vacation destination for others.

Our Condominiums offer a variety of comfortable, two, three and four bedroom residences, each with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Totally equipped kitchens give you the option of cooking in or eating out at one of the many fine eateries in the area. There are two lighted tennis courts and a basketball court as well as grilling and picnic areas. Three oceanfront pools, a kiddy pool and an outdoor hot tub with surrounding sun decks are there for your enjoyment. Three private beach accesses lead to the ocean. A boat storage lot is located on the property.

No family pets allowed for any renters. There will also be armbands supplied to renters for renters to wear while on property.
