We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your family have a excellent stay? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it.
