WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Located on the 4th floor of building C
-Boat Slips are available for rent with Beacons Reach Marina (the slip is not included, there is an additional fee) *
-No family pets allowed
-No smoking allowed
-Only 2 parking passes allowed

Located in Pine Knoll Shores, this condo is on the beach. Beach Wheels Bike Rental and Coral Bay Shopping Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your Morehead City vacation home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance.
