Attractively refreshed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath half-duplex with ample parking, outdoor shower, and cozy upper and lower level decks (new deck boards replaced 2024!), ideal for that morning cup of coffee or to watch the evening sunsets. Just a fast 4 min. walk to the beach access. Open floor-plan upstairs with completely equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Sliding glass doors off of the living room and bedroom 1 onto the decks. Dining table seats 8-10. Reading nook with wooden rocking chair. Two TVs equipped with Roku for streaming. Books and games for family fun! Electric fireplace to comfortable up on a cooler evening. Top deck has pub table with 4 sizable swivel chairs and two additional chairs for relaxation. Coffee pot and Keurig available for guest use.

Sticking to your budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summertime is high season in Emerald Isle. Reserving a rental home in the Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
