Other remodeling was finished in 2019-2020 with all New Kitchen appliances and granite countertops. Other upgrades finished throughout including HVAC & hot water heater. New stacked washer & dryer installed in 2021. Living Room with comfortable sectional couch and La-Z-Boy recliner added. Master bedroom with King size bed, Bedroom#2 with Queen size bed and Bedroom#3 with Full/Twin Bunk. Covered Deck with side Ocean view. Polywood Deck Furnishings with Bar Table and Chairs. Exterior seating for 7. Great place to hang out and savor the ocean view and relax. Elevators. Covered Garage parking (Only two cars allowed). Year-Round Outdoor Heated Oceanfront pool/hot tub. When to visit & When to book:

  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Indian Beach. To find the most suitable rental home within your budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Morehead City attractions and restaurants.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Morehead City area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have discounts for local accommodations and attractions.

  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is usually available online. If they are not listed, email the property management company before booking the rental. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to establish what bed configuration is suitable for your family.
  • Some properties allow pets, but others don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • If there's a certain Morehead City destination you are enamored with, look for properties that are either near by, or those that cater especially to your needs.
  • Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

Advice for a fantastic stay:

  • Review arrival and departure procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, elevator or coffee maker. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent quite a few problems.
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be helpful if damages are assessed.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors bothering your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected everything. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
