Emerald Sm'Isle is a 8-Bedroom, 7-Full and 2- Half bath home located in a great area of the beach - stringently residential. Emerald Sm'Isle has every luxury to make you Smile while on vacation! The Floor Plan features over 6700 sq.ft of roomy open living, including four Oceanfront King Master Suites with covered decks! Emerald Sm'Isle is a handsomely decorated home with plenty of space for entertaining when visiting with your family here on the Crystal Coast. Make sure to savor the sunsets and sunrises on one of the many beachfront decks complete with deck furnishings. The bottom deck -- just steps from the sand --includes your very own Private 14' x 32' Pool with half bath, outdoor enclosed hot & cold shower, beach shower, and Hot Tub.

Pool may be heated for $675/week. Pool can be heated all year as long as the temperature outside does not go below 55 degrees.

Linens consists of: 5 Kings, 4 Queens, 1 Twin Bunk Set, and 1 Double/Twin Bunk Set.

Ground Floor: Game Room: with Pool Table and Poker Table for those late nighttime card games, 75" 4K Intelligent TV, entertaining area, kitchenette and walk out Deck Access to back porch. Theater Room: with plenty of comfortable seating to appreciate the 83" OLED Intelligent TV with Play Station 4 and Direct TV. Bedroom #1: has 2 Queen Beds, Intelligent TV, and a shared Bath in the hallway. Bedroom #2: has a Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, Intelligent TV, and a shared Bath with Bedroom #3. Bedroom #3: has a Queen Bed, Bunk Bed, Intelligent TV, and a shared Bath with Bedroom #2.

Level One: Main Living Area: Expansive windows that line the Oceanside of the home boasting exceptional vistas from the main living area. There is also a 46" 4K LED Intelligent TV with Netflix, Stereo, Games, and Deck Access with Deck Furnishings. Off the Living Area are the Kitchen and dining area. The Dining area seats 10, with 6 additional at the Kitchen bar top. Bedroom #4: has a King Bed, a Private Bath, 46" 4K LED Intelligent TV, and a Roll-In-Shower. Bedroom #5: has a King Bed, Intelligent TV, Deck Access, private bath, and hottub tub.

Level Two: Private Office: with computer, High Speed Internet Access, fax and printer. Bedroom #6: has a King Bed, Intelligent TV, Deck Access and Bath. POOL/HOT TUB TERMS: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardianĀ”s responsibility to watch kids at all times during pool use. Kids must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for modest kids or pregnant women. Kids under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 mins. at a time. It is imperative everybody (adults and kids) shower before entering the Pool and/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool and/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is supplied for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool and/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney costs) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool and/or Hot Tub.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Summertime is high season in the Morehead City area. To get the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Morehead City restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
