Emerald Isle Vacation Beach house - Vacation rental home in Emerald Isle, NC

Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a roomy screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can appreciate the weather. Downstairs has one sizable room with two full beds and one modest full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a huge gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Grand driveway that will allow parking for 8 cars. We are about a 5 min. walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the home for walking and riding bicycles. We have assorted things in the garage that are complimentary to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bicycles. Our home does have two outdoor cameras. One on the front driveway and the other covering the backyard. No cameras are inside the property. Our home is also pet friendly but if you are bringing family pets please be sure to check the pet box during your initial booking. This will reflect the 25 dollars per nighttime fee in your price. If you are staying for a week the fee is 125 dollars. This box is often missed. Thank you.
