to groups for proms, graduations, college home events, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $750 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Atlantic Beach is home to this condo. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and hunting nearby.

Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to go for the best drinks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Lock your rental property while you are out! Don't let crooks spoil your holiday.
  • Double-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
