10 bedroom, 6 bath home with private pool at the Point on Emerald Isle. The home is split into 2 duplexes so there are 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms!

Located at the highly sought after area of the island called The Point.

We completely made over the home in 2018 including a new saltwater pool, quartz counter tops, linens, appliances, paint, and floor throughout.

NEW in 2024!!! We have constructed a boardwalk all the way to the beach. Now it is even easier getting all of your beach gear out to the water.

You will appreciate the private walkway to the beach, deck overlooking a private pool, ceiling fans in every room, covered parking, Wi-Fi, and Intelligent TVs in every room.

NEWLY ADDED area to play cornhole and NEW enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (Added in 2021)

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in The Point, a neighborhood in Emerald Isle. Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Emerald Isle Woods Park. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

• Summer time is high season in the Morehead City area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
