Covered and uncovered 3rd floor furnished deck with great ocean vistas, striking for outdoor eating or entertaining. Enormous deck offers ocean vistas from bedroom level; master bedroom has private outdoor deck. The top floor loft offers superb vistas of beach and ocean. Reverse roomy open floor plan featuring splendid ocean vistas and common eating/entertainment area with plenty of seating, Interior spiral staircase.
