Extra family room with cable TV ideal for watching movies, reading a book or calming. Covered and open deck with vistas and plenty of porch furnishings. Gas grille, charcoal grille, covered parking. Short walk to the ocean. Weekly only during June, July & August. No smoking. No family pets.
