Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 2 bedroom Loft that is 1500 sq ft! The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom and loft have 4 twin beds. The living room has a queen couch beds. This Loft can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many outstanding memories!

• June, July, and August are high season in the Morehead City area. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
• Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your vacation.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
