115 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Almost Oceanfront condo located on the first floor of Building 3. Savor the modern light and airy feel of the great room including the living area with Double Sleeper Couch, covered balcony with furnishings with Atlantic Ocean vistas, Dining Area, and Entirely Equipped Kitchen. Welcoming Master Bedroom with King Bed, TV & private full bath. Cozy Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed + Twin Bunk Bed, TV, and access to shared full bath.

Conveniences Include: 3 Intelligent TVs with access to streaming apps; Wireless High Speed Internet; HVAC, Ceiling Fans; Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker; In-unit Washer/Dryer; Private Balcony with Furnishings.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Morehead City vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
