Our SCUBA DIVING lodge is ideal for groups that aren't looking for anything super fancy. We DO NOT PROVIDE linens, towels or paper products. There are 3 bedroom spaces and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor there is a nice front porch area as well as one off the side of the building at ground level. This property has a long term basement apartment rental with a separate entrance that is NOT supplied with this rental. There is parking at the property as well as 10+ spots on street parking within 1 block.
Please use OUTSIDE shower to rinse off from the beach! Thank you for your help with this.
The rate is $160 a nighttime for 8 people or less during the week and $280 a nighttime for 8 people or less on the weekend. There is an additional charge of $20 per nighttime for every person over 8 on the week days and $35 per nighttime for every person over 8 on the weekends. If you choose to bring a pet, there is a $30 per nighttime additional charge.

About the Area

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
