Welcome to Atlantic Beach's sandy shores at Sandfiddler! This Oceanside House with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, is in an ideal location near the corner of West Atlantic Blvd and Durham Ave - less than 250 feet to the public beach access walkover!

Central heat and air, ceiling fans. Interior Washer/Dryer. Living area with seating and Intelligent TV with Roku access to streaming apps and a Blu-ray DVD player, dining area to accommodate your family, and a entirely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher. Bedroom #1 has a King bed. Bedroom #2 has a Double bed. Bedroom #3 has a Double bed. The screened porch with furnishings is ideal for appreciating the sea breeze. Charcoal grille. Enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water.

Fireplace is NOT available.

Towels and linens supplied with beds made for weekly stays only.
