Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. Now open is a brand new exercise room and indoor swimming pool! A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

C-307 Pebble Beach is a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Third-Floor, Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean). Has pretty ocean vistas from the Master Bedroom & Living Room. The Living Area has a 55" LCD TV and a balcony with furnishings with great Ocean Vistas. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, a Full Bath and a balcony with great Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Located in Emerald Isle, this condo is by the ocean. Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Forest Golf are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

Get the most from your spending budget:

  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. To find the best rental within your budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
