Play tennis or grille-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & eateries. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are allowed on the premises.

The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.

I-110 Pebble Beach is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath First Floor Condo. No Steps! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch (linens are not supplied but can be purchased upon request). Both the Queen Bed and Queen Sleeper Couch sleep comfortably. Screened in porch with 1 Table & 4 Chairs is just off the living area. Dining Area. The well-outfitted Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full Bath (Two folding cots for additional sleeping if needed.) Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer.

No Smoking. No Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

Linens and Towels will be supplied with beds made for weekly stays only.

When to book & When to go:

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
