• Summer months are the most expensive season in Atlantic Beach. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Morehead City attractions.
• In the Morehead City area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental home six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
• Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance.
